We love eggs. But should you eat whole eggs or just the whites? Even though the yolk is high in cholesterol, it is extremely rich in other nutrients, especially vitamins and minerals. Also, the amount of cholesterol in a food does not affect the cholesterol in our bodies. If you’re going to eat 2 or 3 eggs in a day, eat the yolks.
