Switch up yogurt and oatmeal as breakfast for chia pudding. Chia seeds are packed with fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. So simple, so quick, and so delicious!

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 1/2 cups liquid – any combination of milk, nut milk, yogurt, water

Directions

  • Combine chia seeds with1 cup toasted coconut almond milk and 1/2 cup of drinkable Siggi’s yogurt in a small covered container.
  • Stir the seeds into the liquid, and set aside for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
  • Store in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
    • Top with fruit, and a sprinkle of granola for a grab-and-go breakfast.
