Growing up in Northern California, Madeleine spent hours after gradeschool in her grandparents’ kitchen, and there came her love for fresh food. Madeleine’s journey into nutrition started when she saw her college roommate studying the scientific properties of Greek yogurt. Madeleine quickly switched her studies to Nutrition and spent the summer studying abroad in Florence, Italy. Her time on the Mediterranean Sea opened her eyes that health has just as much to do with lifestyle habits as it does with the application of nutrition basics.

As a Registered Dietitian, Madeleine is a credentialed nutrition expert with thousands of hours of experience in a variety of settings including hospitals and corporate wellness. Her experience as a Performance Dietitian working at a Fortune 500 Silicon Valley tech giant taught her to find practical solutions for busy people. She learned precisely how to coach high-stress professionals, working mothers, fitness fanatics, and recreational endurance athletes.

Madeleine believes strategies that are too rigid, extreme or demanding are short-lived and ultimately ineffective because they are not sustainable. She takes your whole life into consideration, so her recommendations practically fit into your lifestyle and have lasting results. Madeleine looks for small and easy changes clients can make that will have the biggest impact in improving their health.

Outside of running her business, Madeleine gets excited about traveling, being outside and spending time in the kitchen. She is constantly pursuing new fitness endeavors, the latest being hiking and international trekking.
