The use of club soda cuts a ton of sugar out of this normally ultra-sweet summer cocktail. Fresh lime and watermelon juices make it sweet enough to be refreshing and tasty enough to want a refill on a hot day. Cheers to summertime!

5 1/2 cups chopped seeded watermelon

1 cup tequila

6 tablespoons Triple Sec

5 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups club soda, chilled

6 lime wedges

Place watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour blended watermelon into a strainer over a bowl, pressing with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Combine 3 cups watermelon juice, tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, and salt in a pitcher and stir. Slowly add club soda. Serve with lime wedges over ice.
