Looking for easy ways to add vegetables to your life? If you have a Trader Joe’s nearby, here’s your answer: the cruciferous crunch. It contains kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli AND cabbage… all in one… ready to eat! These are powerhouse cruciferous vegetables that pack an amazing amount of nutrients into every bite. We really do love this stuff. Here are 3 easy ways to make this convenient mix delicious.

1) Pour the vegetable mix in a bowl. Heat up your favorite salad dressing in a saucepan then pour it over the mix. The hot dressing allows the hearty veggies to wilt the perfect amount. The little bit of heat brings the texture from raw to ideal. Add some slivered nuts to make an awesome side salad for any meal.

2) Heat 1 T. of coconut oil in a pan on low heat then add the vegetable mix. Stir until slightly softened and add 2 T. of rice vinegar and a splash of low-sodium soy sauce or tamari. Top with your favorite protein for the easiest stir-fry around.
