One of my go-to recipes is tuna salad and I’m a believer the crunchier the better. I eyeball for the most part when I’m in kitchen and use whatever I have on hand in this easy protein packed salad!

2 cans tuna (packed in water or olive oil)
1-2 stalks celery finely chopped
1/2 Cup bread and butter pickles
1/4 red onion or 2-4 green onions finely chopped
1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
1-2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1. Mix all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container for 2-4 days. Serve as a sandwich, on salad or with crackers.
