No-Bake Energy Bites
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup ground flax meal
1/3 cup dried cherries (chopped)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Roll into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet
- Freeze for 1 hour
- Store in air-tight container in freezer or fridge
