Great topped on a bed of greens, paired with stir-fry or served with Asian Carrot Salad. This simple, quick boiled salmon will be a favorite go-to during the week.

8 ounce salmon filet
1 teaspoon avocado oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Pre-heat oven to broil.
Place salmon filet on parchment lined sheet pan.
Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of avocado oil.
Season with salt & pepper.
Broil on high for 8-12 minutes until flaky.

* Avocado oil has a high smoke point. Oils with high smoke points are most suitable for high-temperature cooking methods like broiling, roasting & grilling.
