Ingredients:8 ounce salmon filet
1 teaspoon avocado oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Pre-heat oven to broil.
Place salmon filet on parchment lined sheet pan.
Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of avocado oil.
Season with salt & pepper.
Broil on high for 8-12 minutes until flaky.
