A: It depends! Avoiding gluten can lead to weight loss if you stop eating things like cookies and pizza and replace them with more fruits and veggies. Gluten-free doesn’t necessarily mean healthy, though. Unless you have an allergy or intolerance to gluten, going gluten-free in and of itself won’t cause you to gain or lose weight.
