Eileen’s journey in the field of Dietetics has been interesting to say the least – she has worked in several different focus areas and has served as a dietitian in several countries!

With broad experiences comes her increased ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and lead you to success. Eileen’s experience as a corporate wellness provider highlighted her ability to be concise when working with clients in a fast paced and demanding environment. While serving in the United States Navy, Eileen enjoyed several unique opportunities to develop skills in performance nutrition, global health and project management. In addition to coaching RESULTS clients, Eileen works full time as a home infusion dietitian. In this role, Eileen educates patients on tube feeding and helps them feel confident in their ability to meet their nutrition needs safely. Eileen loves being on the RESULTS team because it allows her to continue food coaching outside of her clinical profession.

Eileen enjoys working with clients in a way that is subtle, but has a lasting impact. She listens to your current routine (the good, the bad and the ugly) and guides you in focusing on small changes. Eileen firmly believes when the client leads the charge (with a knowledgeable and supportive dietitian by their side), one step at a time, a realistic and sustainable, new and improved eating pattern emerges!

Eileen has completed Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Commission of Dietetic Registration and also is a Certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine.
