Beth’s journey into nutrition started at a very young age. Beth’s mom was an amazing cook, baker and ahead of her time on knowing the importance of eating healthy, well- balanced, and home cooked meals. She taught her that sweets and desserts are not forbidden foods but are to be enjoyed as part of a healthy eating plan.

This early in life nutrition education and healthy eating foundation along with her many years of nutrition education, certifications and job experiences paved the way to her passion for nutrition coaching. She loves the blend of using her nutrition knowledge along with her coaching skills to assist her clients realize their own potential and achieve their desired health goals so that they can live their best life. Beth has coached hundreds of people to improve their nutrition quality, break their food rules, transition to a new way of eating and manage their health despite obstacles. She believes that successful change starts with desire to change and followed by small changes and intentional decisions. Beth’s coaching philosophy? Being healthy and fit isn’t a fad or a trend, it’s a lifestyle.

When she’s not helping her clients become the best version of themselves, she spends time with her 5 children, trains for her next marathon and catches up on the latest food shows.
