If you’re as excited as we are for St. Patrick’s Day, you should give this Shamrock Shake recipe a try to celebrate. It’s really yummy and refreshing whether it is St. Paddy’s Day or not!

1 cup frozen banana
1-2 handfuls of spinach
Fresh mint – I throw in a 5-10 sprigs
1 scoop unflavored protein protein powder of your choice
1 tsp of peppermint extract (or more to taste)
1 tsp of vanilla extract (or more to taste)

Blend ingredients in blender, and enjoy!
