Try this simple dessert for a sweet treat this spring. It’s one of our all-time warmer weather favorites.
Ingredients:
2 T. sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 dash of vanilla
strawberries
mint leaves (optional)
dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Make sure your mixing bowl and whisk are very cold by putting them in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. Place sugar, whipping cream and vanilla into bowl. Whisk until stiff peaks form. Serve a dollop immediately on sliced strawberries. Garnish each dish with chocolate shavings and a mint leaf.
