This means ALL sweeteners including honey, stevia, pure maple syrup, molasses and agave nectar. This does NOT include fruits, vegetables, grains or alcohol as they do not have any added sugars. The key word here is “added”. No loopholes, no exceptions: zero added sweeteners for 21 days.
