Summer is upon us, and that means entertaining and enjoying the longer days and nights, often with a fun beverage in hand. But cocktails (and mocktails) can derail your healthy eating and exercise efforts if you aren’t careful. Today we are sharing some of our favorite healthy cocktail and mocktail recipes to inspire you.

Healthy Mocktails

Kombucha on ice
Our favorite kombucha brands incude: Healthade Pink Lady Apple, GTs Strawberry or GTs Gingerberry

Sparkling water + muddled aromatics + lots of ice
Favorite sparkling water includes: La Croix lime, key lime, cherry lime, grapefruit or cranberry-raspberry Favorite aromatics includes: cucumbers, strawberries, ginger, citrus, basil or mint

Healthy Cocktails

Sangria
– 5oz red wine
– Splash of tropical Italian soda
– Lots of ice
– Garnish with fresh sliced orange or apples

Pomegranate Paloma
– 1 oz tequila
– 1 Tablespoon pomegranate juice
– 1 fresh squeezed lime
– 1/4 of a fresh grapefruit, squeezed
– 4 oz sparkling water (lime, grapefruit or pomegranate)

Cherry Lime Basil Spritzer
– 1 oz vodka
– 4 fresh cherries, muddled
– 2 basil leafs, muddled
– 1/2 of a fresh lime, squeezed
– 4 oz sparkling water (lime or cherry lime)
