What: Our new fitness program provides all the guidance and support of our virtual nutrition coaching, but focuses instead on exercise. Discover what it means to work out smarter, not always harder, for maximum RESULTS. After a one hour initial consultation, each workout will be completely customized to your needs and goals, and your fitness coach will be there to support you virtually 24/7.

Where: You will receive tailored workout routines via an app to use wherever you please: the gym, at home, or in your favorite outdoor location.

When: Having no time is no longer an excuse. Invest your valuable time more wisely and optimize outcomes with efficient 30-45 minute circuits.

Why: Stay motivated: Our coach will help you stay accountable using a multi-modal approach to check-in on your progress. Meet Your Coach—Alyssa

Alyssa crossed her first finish line at a young age with her Aunt who is an accomplished business owner and breast cancer survivor. It wasn’t long before Alyssa began exploring her path as an athlete. A competitive tennis player through high school, she transitioned to endurance sports in college, trading her racquets for a road bike and goggles.

Alyssa combined her her passion for exercise and helping people to earn a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Alyssa now has over 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and specializes in musculoskeletal dysfunction as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.

Her goal is to help clients unlock their potential by educating them along the way with simple, key concepts on how to progress (and on occasion, regress) their exercise routines. Rather your goal is to be leaner, faster, or stronger, Alyssa’s expertise will help you reach your goals the safest, smartest and healthiest way.
