Crockpot Pork – 3 Ways! This recipe makes for quick meals through the week. A Crockpot is great for weekend cooking – just set it & forget it! Serve as carnitas tacos, pulled pork or as a breakfast hash.

Ingredients
4lbs bone in pork shoulder
1 whole orange, juiced and halved
1 lime
1 onion cut, into quarters
6 garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons pepper
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 Tablespoon salt

Directions
Mix the dry spices together<> Rub on pork and place in the Crockpot with the rest of the ingredients.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours

Here are three ways to serve this juicy pork:
1. For carnitas, heat avocado oil and sear a small handful of meat for 5 minutes and serve with corn tortillas
2. Add BBQ sauce for traditional pulled pork for a bowl
3. Add roasted sweet potatoes, onions and bell peppers and sear for a breakfast hash
