This simple, quick boiled salmon will be a favorite meal with easy clean up during the week. Once you broil fish, you’ll never want to cook fish another way!

Ingredients

4-6 ounce salmon filet
1/2 teaspoon avocado oil or avocado oil spray
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to broil.

2. Place salmon filet on parchment lined sheet pan.

3. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of avocado oil. Season with salt & pepper.

4. Broil on high for 8-12 minutes until flaky.

Note: Avocado oil has a high smoke point. Oils with high smoke points are most suitable for high-temperature cooking methods like broiling, roasting and grilling.
